Petition to Dismiss

Criminal Misdemeanor Petition to Dismiss (1203.4 or 1203.4a pc)

Have a conviction showing on your record, and trying to pass a background check, get a job, promotion, professional license or qualify for housing but having trouble due to this obtrusive stain in your way. Procedural document preparation on obtaining a petition to dismiss may be just what you need. This procedure petitions the court to set aside a conviction and enter a dismissal known as an expungement. RCW provides this service at your request. However just because you submit your document to the court does not guarantee approval but it is worth the try if your petition is granted.

Sealing Arrest Records (851.8 pc)

Were you arrested but no criminal case was filed or a case was filed against you but no conviction was recorded, then you may document preparation for sealing and destroying your arrest record. RCW can provide this service should you choose to obtain it.

Property Returns

If you were arrested, a case was filed against you, and personal property such as jewelry, money, clothing, etc. was taken by the arresting police agency and not returned, then you may need document preparation on what to do to get your property back. RCW can provide document preparation for possibly getting your property returned.
